Had traveled this stretch, oddly named, "True Friend Road," for a couple of years, on my way to work. The horrendous flooding that we experienced in south Louisiana, this past August, resulted in my office flooding and required my relocation to another facility. After getting off at 4:30 pm, I took this route, heading in the opposite direction I had traveled it before, at that time of day, and I was struck with the sun "lighting up" the white fence and showing off the brilliant red of the metal building in the distance. I didn't have my camera that day and I traveled this route at different times, thereafter, and the light just was not right. A couple of weeks passed by when the stars in my head aligned, had my camera with me and was on location at the right time. This is what I captured. Well, not exactly. I had some "clean up" to do as nearly all of the horizontal planks had mildew so, one by one, I got them pristine in Photoshop.
